The right candidate should have strong sales, technical knowledge, a thorough understanding of sales call center culture and be able to develop agents through coaching and leading by example.

What we required from you:
2-4 years’ experience as an Inside sales supervisor or manager in a heavy call center environment.
Coaches, trains and develops direct reports using prescribed procedures and policies.
Motivates associates to improve performance by developing and implementing innovative recognition ideas.
Initiates and conducts progressive discipline and recommends/conducts terminations, if appropriate.
Initiates and implements appropriate actions to ensure team compliance with quality, productivity and retention standards.Conducts and attends communication meetings.
A proactive nature – you look to find solutions to problems instead of just reacting to them or solving them to complete a call.
Patience and integrity approaching each situation with a fresh outlook and the clients’ success in mind.
Have the willingness to learn, persistent, dedicated and looking for a long-term career.
Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and regulatory guidelines.
High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree is a plus.
