Account Manager

The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the company and our clients, handling all needs from contract execution through the release of all products.

Primary Duties:

Effectively communicate and coordinate all aspects of the program, establishing the appropriate level of interactions with client staff
Ensure high level of satisfaction on the part of the client with the entirety of their experience.
Coordinate all training as needed.
Obtain full knowledge of products and services.
Identify other opportunities to offer clients additional services and solutions as needed.
Aid the clients in their launch and marketing efforts, sharing best practices from other clients.
Cultivate the client in their relationship with PCI so they are willing to be references for other clients.
Aid the PCI sales staff with client experiences.
Significant phone, email and in-person contact with Clients.  The Account Manager is the primary point of contact and front line of support.
Interface and coordinate with other PCI personnel regarding additional services provided to client by PCI.

EXPERIENCE:         

2-3 years minimum experience in a client relations/account manager role.  Experience working with educational institutions and associations a plus.

EDUCATION:           

Associates degree required.  Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

SUPERVISION REQUIRED:

Regular reporting of status to VP Client Experience expected.  Day-to-day expected to work with a high degree of autonomy.
